A valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle category is necessary, along with proof of identity and current address. Accepted payment information and a security deposit are required. Booking and Payment Process
- You can make reservations via our website, by calling us, or visiting our Stourbridge office. A deposit might be necessary to confirm your booking. The total payment and security deposit are generally required at the time of vehicle pick-up. All charges are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where relevant. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses of rental vehicle:
- Use of the vehicle for any unlawful activities is prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or any other dangerous driving. Transporting hazardous materials is also not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Operating the vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. Additionally, the vehicle must not be used for purposes it was not designed for, nor should passenger or weight limits be exceeded. Driving outside of the specified geographical boundaries requires prior approval.
Violation of these terms may lead to immediate rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Stourbridge will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claims will not exceed the total amount paid for your rental in the prior year. This limitation does not apply to cases of death or personal injury due to negligence, or fraud.

These Terms are regulated by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
